Let’s be honest for a moment when I say from personal experience, even when you motivated to do something on a particular day; you still may not just do it for many reasons outside of being motivated.

Sometimes we feel some kind of way because is a particular holiday, heck it could be a day that has personal meaning like your birth; you may still not want to do it.
