SCHEDULE
Following a daily workout schedule will help you be more energetic, and throughout the day you will have more strength to operate; this is certainly going to help with building your energy. Consider this one of your personal strengths you needs to build each day to give you the energy to continue on in running your business.
Examples of strengths for me is going on a bike ride for an hour, and then after getting to my destination like at the park; then go for a run for about a mile to begin to build my body strength.
Consider this an entrepreneur workout that works perfectly for our predictable schedule. It allows us to build strength in between what we are doing. While also allowing us to feel energetic each day to help us run our business.

ENERGY
Building your energy is best early in the morning before you begin your day so that you are energized the rest of the day as you operate your business with strength which affects your mindset and overall performance.
Another way you may implement this workout method is in between you're on the go errands that you are running. For example, on my way to meet john I will stop by the park and do a mile run beforehand to get my workout in for the day. On this day you may only be able to implement the run or the walk but not the bike ride as you would from your home office.

FEELING
Regardless though on when you work to build your strength for the day, you will start to feel the energy in your body just by doing it once a day; for at least an hour where you combine the bike ride with the mile run to feel energetic.
Based on my experience you will feel tired without a daily workout, and at times you will feel confused on where to begin on an idea due to your mindset is cloudy; this typically happens when your body is lacking physical energy and strength.
