Running the company on my own is exciting for the most part. Many times it gets very challenging though not knowing what to expect next. Reality sink in quickly that nobody is coming to help me.

As a business owner, mostly entrepreneurial though; it’s about being creative in our business most of the time. Creating a process of our own that meets our particular needs.

Each night when I have finished running the company, I’m passionate to take a few hours before bed to brainstorm on new ideas to help me improve; and implementing on decisions to help me manage.

Since I launched a few years ago, I have been running mostly on developing simple strategies to give me reliable results; some are instant while others take time. Simplicity is the new Entrepreneurship.

Daily I run my company mostly on priority for things like the company website for a complete membership experience, business applications for managing customers; and subscriber content to help build my online Education.
