Entrepreneurs create their own Schedule to help run a Business

Becoming anything we consider Successful in life as Entrepreneurs, is about being discipline with your Schedule; and having balance.

When should you be in the office, working or running a Business, verses when is time to be with family; or do the personal things you care about.

I have experienced both sides of the schedule challenge. Being too distracted and also being too focused. It has become difficult to manage both. You cannot be having personal time most of the time or running the business all day either.

I personally like to be very strict separating my weekly calendar, choosing between one thing or the other at a time; not mixing them up. To give you a better example is creating days for business only versus days for personal things. Once you have done this then you must not mix the two.

Can't mixed them up, and you can't expect to succeed in business if you do; it all comes down to a balance between the most important things in your personal versus business life. I have achieved results splitting my days into 2 sections.

During the day I run the business and during the night I spend it with family or on myself. For example I would choose monday and wednesday for business until 6pm. Then from that time until 10pm I will then spend it with family. Also instead of choosing both weekends for personal, I choose one day for only business to work on projects; then the other day for family.

The idea here guys is to create your own business schedule. Choosing between what is best for your business like day or night.

Then choosing when is perfect for family or personal time. When you have done this now you have to stick to it so that you are actual keeping a balance.
